To help ensure long-term confidence in your purchase, we offer an optional Supplemental Lifetime Warranty on eligible firearms purchased through www.onemangunshop.us. This coverage is designed to protect your investment and give you peace of mind for years to come.

Supplemental Lifetime Warranty – Terms & Conditions

Oneman Gun Shop warrants that any firearm covered under our Supplemental Lifetime Warranty will be repaired, replaced, or credited at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the firearm.
  • The warranty is valid for both new and used firearms purchased from Oneman Gun Shop.
  • Warranty coverage must be selected and purchased at the time of checkout.

Repair, Replacement, or Store Credit

  • If the firearm cannot be repaired and no identical replacement is available, Oneman Gun Shop will provide a store credit equal to the current retail value of the firearm at the time the claim is processed.
  • If a replacement firearm is provided, it must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Customers are responsible for any FFL transfer fees, background check fees, or other dealer charges associated with receiving a replacement firearm.

Shipping Costs

  • Oneman Gun Shop will cover all standard freight costs associated with approved warranty repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Coverage Details

This warranty:

  • Covers the firearm as originally sold by Oneman Gun Shop or the manufacturer.
  • Protects against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Does not cover firearms that have been altered, modified, rebuilt, or customized after purchase.
  • Does not cover scopes, optics, accessories, or aftermarket attachments.
  • Does not include coverage for cosmetic wear, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper maintenance, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
  • Does not guarantee accuracy or performance expectations beyond manufacturer specifications.

Limitations of Liability

Oneman Gun Shop’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or store credit of the defective firearm. Any work performed on the firearm by an unauthorized gunsmith or third party may void this warranty.

How to Purchase the Supplemental Warranty

The Supplemental Lifetime Warranty can be added:

  • By contacting our Customer Service team prior to order completion.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Oneman Gun Shop Customer Service to obtain a Warranty Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Securely package the unloaded firearm according to all applicable shipping regulations.
  3. Include proof of purchase and warranty confirmation documentation.
  4. Ship the firearm to the address provided by our support team.

Do not ship any firearm without prior authorization.
