Oneman Gun Shop – Shipping, Returns & Refunds
FFL Requirements & Firearm Shipping
At Oneman Gun Shop, all firearms will only be shipped to individuals or businesses that hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) as required by federal law. We are not able to ship firearms directly to private addresses.
If you do not have a valid FFL, you must provide the contact details of a licensed firearm dealer in your state to receive your firearm.
It is your responsibility to:
- Confirm that the firearm you are purchasing is legal for you to own in your jurisdiction.
- Contact the receiving FFL dealer in advance if they are NOT one of our preferred transfer partners.
- Complete all required paperwork at the time of pickup.
Please be aware that local dealers typically charge a transfer fee when you take possession of your firearm. Oneman Gun Shop does not collect or reimburse these transfer fees.
Shipping Information
- Firearms and accessories will be processed and shipped once full payment and valid FFL information are received.
- Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days of payment and FFL receipt.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Shipping carriers and services may vary depending on item type, location, and regulatory requirements.
Optional shipping insurance is available during checkout. Oneman Gun Shop is not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged in transit.
Accessory Returns
Oneman Gun Shop accepts returns on accessory items only if the item is found defective immediately upon receipt and returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original manufacturer packaging.
- Accessories that have been installed, altered, or mounted cannot be returned.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
- Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
- Ammunition and ammunition components are final sale and non-returnable.
- Scopes and optics: If no defect is identified at receipt, please contact the manufacturer’s warranty department.
New Firearm Returns
Please inspect all firearms carefully before initiating transfer. Once a firearm has been transferred into your possession via an FFL, it is considered used and cannot be returned for refund through Oneman Gun Shop.
- We do not reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned firearms.
- If you discover a defect after transfer, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty repair or replacement per the manufacturer’s policy. We can assist in providing a shipping label to the manufacturer if your warranty covers it.
In cases of failed background checks or incorrect orders, original shipping charges are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. These orders may also be subject to a restocking fee.
Used Firearm Returns
For used guns, Oneman Gun Shop may accept returns within 30 days of transfer if the firearm is malfunctioning.
- If the returned used item is confirmed defective, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
- We may cover the return shipping for verified defective returns.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns for accessories or firearms, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Oneman Gun Shop.
- Returns received without a valid RMA will not be accepted.
- Contact our Customer Service team to request your RMA before shipping any returns.
